1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cruckex Platform in any capacity — whether browsing, registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time.

cruckex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, cruckex will publish the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you disagree with any update, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support@cruckex.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the cruckex Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. cruckex is strictly an adult gaming platform. Persons under 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using any service on the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform, nor have you requested self-exclusion from cruckex that remains active.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are not acting under duress or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

cruckex reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a Bangladesh National ID card, passport, or driving licence — at any point to confirm age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by a minor will be handled in accordance with applicable policy and will not be available for withdrawal.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access real-money services on cruckex, you must register a Player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and a chosen username and password. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the cruckex Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. cruckex employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cruckex reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending balances or bonus funds held within them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cruckex login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any other person. cruckex will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact support@cruckex immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

cruckex operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any point where cruckex deems verification necessary for security or compliance purposes. Standard accepted documents include Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, or a recent utility bill for address confirmation. cruckex reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

cruckex accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following channels:

• bKash (personal and merchant wallet)
• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking)
• Upay
• Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer
• City Bank transfer

Supported payment methods may change from time to time. The current list of active payment channels is displayed at the deposit and withdrawal screens within your account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though cruckex may apply limits on a per-account basis where responsible gaming concerns are identified. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the name of the cruckex account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment source does not match the registered account name — are not permitted and may be returned or held pending verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a standard timeframe of under 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad, subject to account verification status and the volume of pending requests at the time. cruckex does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the cruckex account. cruckex reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Funds Security

Player funds held in cruckex accounts are treated separately from the Platform's operational funds. cruckex maintains the security of player balances and processes withdrawal requests in good faith. However, cruckex is not a financial institution and does not provide any form of investment guarantee on deposited funds.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on cruckex are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, game, or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that event or game type. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of cruckex shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure in Section 9.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and event. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. cruckex reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any market or game at any time and without prior notice.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by cruckex in circumstances including but not limited to: the relevant event being cancelled or abandoned, a technical error in odds or game outcome, evidence of match manipulation, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the original stake amount is returned to the Player's account balance.

5.4 Game Integrity & Fair Play

All casino games available on the cruckex Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. cruckex does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within the individual game information panels.

5.5 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cruckex Platform and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other players to influence game or betting outcomes
• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers
• Placing bets on events where you have privileged inside information
• Any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit software vulnerabilities in the Platform

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

cruckex may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus-derived funds cannot be transferred to your real-money balance or withdrawn. cruckex reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse a promotional offer.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers carry an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not had their wagering requirements completed within the validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's account upon expiry. cruckex will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

cruckex actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, cruckex may cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and in serious cases, close the Player's account.

7. Responsible Gaming

cruckex is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players stay in control. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming features, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in BDT. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for a single gaming session. The Platform will provide a reminder when your limit is approaching and will end your session when the limit is reached.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a break period, login access is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a formal self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the active period. To initiate self-exclusion, contact support@cruckex.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net wagering position.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your cruckex account at any time by contacting support@cruckex. Upon receiving a closure request, cruckex will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds to your registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by cruckex

cruckex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Detection of prohibited betting conduct as described in Section 5.5
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account belonging to a person under 18 years of age
• Player request for self-exclusion

Where an account is suspended or closed due to suspected fraud or a material breach, cruckex may withhold account balances pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, cruckex reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the withheld balance.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. cruckex will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce any real-money balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, bonus credit, or any other Platform matter, Players should first contact cruckex support at support@cruckex with full details of the dispute. cruckex aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days. The decision of cruckex on all operational matters is final, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cruckex's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cruckex shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of anticipated winnings.

8.6 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. cruckex operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform committed to SSL encryption, fair play certification, and responsible gaming standards. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
